REGULATORY AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Position | In this role you will join an experienced team of professionals working day-to-day on the regulatory affairs, compliance and pharmacovigilance of the Zoetis product portfolio in the Benelux. This team is responsible for the registration of new veterinary products and maintenance of existing registration dossiers in accordance with the relevant European and national regulations. Next to regulatory affairs the team takes care of compliance of legal obligations and internal company standards. You can think of reviewing product artworks, marketing and advertisement materials, performing internal audits and correct archiving of documents. Furthermore pharmacovigilance is an important activity in this job: detecting, analyzing and reporting side effects of veterinary medicines. That means you are in close connection with the different Veterinary Managers working in the local markets. After an extensive training process you will be able to work on the different duties. You support the local commercial organizations as well as the European Regulatory Affairs team. You may be one of the contact persons for conversations with the Medicines Authorities (CBG/ FAGG) and industry organizations like FIDIN and Pharma.be. Finally you have a contributing role in developing and maintaining quality systems, participate to the relevant governance bodies.
Your profile:
- Master Degree in Veterinary Medicine;
- Either you have just graduated or you have work experience in practice;
- Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance and pharmacovigilance is a plus;
- You are analytical, honest, detail minded and service oriented;
- You can work well independently, but also enjoy teamwork;
- Good verbal and written communications skills;
- Good command of English and Dutch, French is a strong plus.
